Everyday Vitamins!

Daily vitamins are important to be taking everyday! Are you incorporating them in your daily life? You may have a busy life and are never sure how to make sure you are getting enough vitamins or the right vitamins. Start be easily taking a multi-vitamin. Most multi-vitamins have the vitamins you should be taking everyday to help the body properly function and stay healthy but there might be vitamins you may want to incorporate in your life to help you! Below are some listed!
Vitamin D- comes from the sunlight, helps teeth and bones, can help mood levels (recommended because most people tend to stay inside during winter months)
Calcium- mostly found in dairy products, helps bones stay strong and healthy (recommend to take if you are not much of a dairy eater)
Omega 3 Fatty Acids- found in fish, helps heart, nourish the brain (help depression and anxiety), help joints, lower blood pressure, skin benefits, and so much more! (I take this myself)
Magnesium- found in foods like spinach, brown rice, nuts, banana, helps brain function, sleeping, depression and anxiety, helps heart
Vitamin B12- found in dairy products, eggs, and grains, helps mood/energy levels, helps brain function, and digestion
Iodine- found in vegetables, oats, quinoa, helps the thyroid gland properly function, boost energy levels, skin benefits, helps immune system, helps prevent cancer
Iron- found in meat, spinach, dark chocolate, quinoa, broccoli, increases brain development, muscle function, helps fatigue, treats anemia
Another one I take is a mineral
Turmeric- plant, used as a spice, or can be taken as daily as a vitamin, an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, heps brain function, helps heart, helps prevent cancer, helps depression
I also use himalayan salt on foods instead of regular salt
Himalayan salt- used to season foods, detoxify the body, helps regulate blood sugar levels, reduce muscle cramps, boost energy levels
These are just some of foods and benefits of the vitamins and minerals. It is so fun to explore what foods you can eat to help your body function properly and that goes also for the extra daily vitamins/minerals you can take daily. Before adding any vitamins/minerals to your daily life ask your doctor!
