My Story

Over the past six months, I have lost around fifty pounds. It was a life changing experience for me. Lots of exercising and dieting. Becoming more and more active, trying new things, organizing, being more social, developing new healthy habits, and much more. Going through weight loss has taught me so much about life. It has thrown some trials at me and the trials have tested my strengths and made my strengths stronger! You can read more about my story in the blog section.

How I Did It

I was sick and tired of being that girl that couldn't wear that new style of a shirt or wear those cute new skinny jeans. I looked in the mirror and I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change. I wanted to be a healthier me. I knew that losing weight was gonna be a challenge but everyday it was getting easier and easier.

Progress and Time

It takes a lot of time, effort, and dedication. You can just wake up over night and expect to be ten pounds lighter and healthier. You need to make goals, prepare for them, reach for them, and accomplish them. Progress was really important to me during my weight loss journey. I really did focus on my progress everyday by taking pictures, writing down my weight, and making sure I was sticking to a schedule. 
Time is always something to consider in life. We are all given the same amount each day. What are you going to do with your time to get the best out of your day? There is something good in each day even if it is a bad day. Look for the little things such as someone holding a door open for you or maybe getting your favorite drink. The more you tend to train your brain to look for the little positive things the more your brain will have positive thoughts!

Are you looking for some tips or need help becoming a newer healthier you? Do you need help with a trial your facing or stress? Becoming a healthier you will affect you in so many ways! It also benefits others around you. I know you can do it. Even if it's just starting by going on a ten minute walk three times a week or drinking one less can of pop a day! It's all about goals and reaching for them! Stress can have a really big factor onto your body so it's good to talk to somebody about!
