What's In Your Bucket List?

You only have a life once, so why not make use of it? Be brave and face your fears. Do the unbearable thing that someone said you couldn't do. You do you! Never give up on your hopes and dreams. If you want to go on a sunny-side trip to Florida then start saving up coins in jar. Go on that trip and have some relaxation time. Some thoughts in your mind might come up and say "Well that's so far away!", "I'm never going to be able to keep making progress.", or "What was the point of that?" Tell the thoughts "Watch me!" or "This will give me pleasure." Turn the negative into a positive. Turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts is hard task to do. It takes a lot of effort. We tend to beat ourselves up for having such negative thoughts. In the end, the day will come and either you will be delighted and have reached your goal for your bucket list or you will have failed and put guilt on yourself. A couple more examples ,you want to run in a marathon, well start practicing ever other day or everyday. You want to eat healthier? Replace the chocolates with nuts or almonds. Day by day you will get there! Each new day is a new day to work on yourself. Anything is possible.

Some of the things on my bucket list I would like to do and work towards throughout my life are...

-Travel through the states

-See the ocean

-Remodel a camper

-Be in marathon

-Speak to public/inspire & share my story

-Volunteer for community

What would you like to put in your bucket list to create memories?

I'm not saying make a bucket list and start working on it every single day but maybe just pick one that is easy and take baby steps to it. You do not want to feel pressured to having to get it done right away.

Simple ways to make your bucket list is take a piece of paper or a journal perhaps and date it. Start righting down things you have always wanted to do or something you want to do someday. Feel free to add to it as many times as you want. Its your life now you create it! BE YOU!
