Confidence Is Key!

Hello everyone! I decided to take a break from blogging and social media for awhile. Now I am starting right up again.
Failures and mistakes happens to everyone. In the past few months I was going through some paths that I didn't expect to happen. You can't expect life to be perfect because nobody is perfect.
We learn from are mistakes. If you do fail, you can at least say you tried instead of saying "What if?"
Giving up is the worst option to choose. When you wake up in the morning, what is first thing you do? Do you look at your phone and enter the world of social media right away or do you dread getting out of bed and heading to work/school? If you are someone that doesn't like getting out of bed, let me tell you this, in your mind say the words you want to be "I am motivated, strong, nice, beautiful, awesome, cool, caring!" or whatever you want to be. Also think of at least three things you are grateful for.
Some of the worst things that we do to ourselves is comparing ourselves to others, trying to be the best at everything, looking at are past, and expecting to much of ourselves in one day.
First of all, you are who you are because God made you that way and everyone has there own story to right. You are unique in your own way. Nobody else can be you so you just be you. Dress the way you want dress yourself, do hobbies you want to do cause you enjoy them, study hard because you love to study and want to do good on the test not because everyone thinks your a nerd. You make your mark on the world and show other people what YOU can do!
Secondly, there is someone that is always going to better than you and someone that isn't as good as you. You can't be the best everything but you can always try your best. Motivate yourself to say "I think I can and I will!" If you fail, you can always try again or work harder next time. Set goals, write them down, and aim for them. You can do it!
Thirdly, we look at are past too much. We ask or say to ourselves "Why did I do that?" or "I am so stupid for letting myself come this far." Your past doesn't exactly define you. You can't change the past but you can change the future. You want to have a happier future, well then make it happier. Get up out of bed with motivation to have a good day. You can either choose positivity for the day or negativity. You choose! The day can either can run you or you can run the day.
Lastly, don't put to much into one day. Don't go to the extreme and stress yourself out. Put enough tasks into one day that will benefit you. Like doing hobbies, getting task done that need to be done, and relax. Make time for relaxation time. If you don't then you're always going to feel like your stressed out.
As you probably can tell, I like to put my arms up in my pictures. It makes me feel confident. The world is such a beautiful place and there is so much to see! If you ever feel down in the dumps, let me tell you, it is not forever and you will get through it. It takes time, just like losing weight did for me. Try and make a little progress everyday. Little progress everyday = BIG results!
