Those cupcakes look so goooooddd!!!! And that cheese pizza! No, stop right there. Take a minute and think to yourself. Is that junk going to benefit my body in the future? Will it give me energy? Are those couple bites really worth 400 calories? Is there a better way I can satisfy my taste buds in a more nutritious and less calorie way? When I started going grocery shopping I asked myself these questions and I started making healthier choices. Saying goodbye to junk and highly processed foods wasn't easy but I did it. Now when I go to the grocery store I just walk right by junk food and think "Ew, how do people even put that in there body". I wish everyone knew about what processed food companies make there food with. Trust me, they aren't very good ingredients and they are not meant to be in are bodies. Toxins and chemicals, just gross! I am not saying never have your favorite ice cream or chips, just have smaller portions. Now, you may be asking, what do I buy when I go grocery shopping? I can help you! Just read down below!
