For All You Coffee Lovers!

Coffee, coffee coffee! Who doesn't enjoy a cup once in awhile. For some, it's there go to drink every morning they wake up. If that is you, I can help you incorporate into your breakfast that fills you up!
Here is what you need!
-3/4 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
-1 frozen banana
-1 scoop of your choice of protein powder (I like chocolate or vanilla)
-1 cup of cold coffee (I also added some cinnamon to the coffee because it helps with blood sugar levels)
-Feel free to add one to two cups of ice (I don't add ice to mine and it is still cold)
Next, blend it all up in a blender and boom!
Now you have a drink that will satisfy you and get you through the morning!
