I love chips! Who doesn't? There are ways you can make chips that are packed with nutrients.
The ones I tried making myself were kale chips. They are very easy and fun to make. You can try different spices on them too! Read below on how to make them.

What you will need
1 Bag or 1 medium sized bunch of kale
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
Spices
Spices
You can pick which spices you like, here is some you can try
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Turmeric
Cayenne
Sea salt
Pepper
Onion powder
What I like
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sometimes I like to mix in little stevia too!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Wash and make sure the kale is dry (if you don’t you might have soggy chips, which we do not want)
You can rip the leaves off stems if you bought a bunch of it, I usually just buy a bag of kale.
Next spread the kale out evenly on a baking sheet.
After that, I take a spatula with brush hairs on it and go over the kale in a light swish movement with the olive oil. You want to try and get over every piece as much as you can.
Take your choice of spices and sprinkle it over the kale.
Bake for about 10 minutes, take pan out, turn pan, flip any pieces that are starting to look crisp, and throw it back in for another 10-15 minutes but make sure you stay close by and check them in the last 8 minutes of cooking. You don’t want to have burnt chips! If they don’t look crispy, just leave them in a little longer.
Once the time is done, take out your nutritious chips and let them sit for about 5-8 minutes.
Finally, enjoy your chips! Pack them in your lunch or have them for a quick snack
Store them in glass container! It helps keep the chips crispy!
