Workout Motivation

It's Monday, your tired from the weekend, well guess what! NO EXCUSES! Get up, get going, do that workout or go for that 15 minute walk. You can do it. I know motivation can be hard and it creates a challenge sometimes. Just stick to it and think all about the positive things. If I workout today I will feel better about myself, have more confidence, feel stronger, and be more healthy.
In two weeks, you'll feel it.
in four weeks, you'll see it.
In eight weeks, you'll hear it.
Workout because you love your self.
Not because you hate your body.
Just think of the results in 3 months, then 6 months, then 12 months! You will thank yourself.
Try these 4 simple rules
~Never miss a Monday
~Never go 3 days a with out exercise
~Workout at least 3 days a week
~Never give up
