I have never really been a tea drinker but sense I started dieting, I tried lots of new things and green tea was one of them. I actually liked it surprisingly! It gave me a nice, warm, relaxing feel. When I learned about all the benefits of green tea, I started drinking it daily and I can notice the benefits. If your not really a tea drinker yourself, there is ways you can make it taste much better and make it more satisfying to drink. Try adding 1 teaspoon of honey, some cinnamon, coconut oil, or stevia (which is a natural occurring sweetener)
