Doesn't everyone love a nutritious smoothie once in awhile! I love them! Sometimes it can be hard to get that perfect smoothie the way you actually like it. Well I am here to help you get that smoothie that you can enjoy!
Choose your LIQUID BASE
Almond milk, coconut water, water, kefir, water, cold tea, cold, coffee, milk, or anything you like
Choose your VEGGIES
Spinach, kale, carrots, cucumber, collard greens, swiss chard, celery, etc.
Choose your FRUIT
Berries, banana, mango, pineapple, oranges, kiwi, apple, dates, etc.
Choose your FAT
Almond butter, coconut or flaxseed oil avocado, cashews, pecans, etc.
Choose your THICKENER
Plain greek yogurt, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, gelatin, protein powder, oats
Choose your FLAVORING
Lemon, lime ginger, mint, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, cacao powder, etc.
Ice (You don’t have to use ice)
If you use frozen fruits or veggies, ice may not be needed
